Ayla Great D Home – Puppy Sales Agreement
1. Health & Wellness Guarantee
Ayla Great D Home certifies that each puppy is in excellent health at the time of sale and has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. We fully stand behind our puppies with the following health protections:
a. Initial Veterinary Exam:
The Buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receiving it. If the veterinarian identifies a serious congenital defect or pre-existing illness, Ayla Great D Home will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping fees, once the puppy is returned.
b. Communicable Illnesses:
If the puppy is diagnosed with a contagious disease within fourteen (14) days of arrival, a full refund of the adoption fee, including transport expenses, will be issued upon return of the puppy.
c. Hereditary/Genetic Conditions:
If the puppy is later confirmed to have a severe hereditary or genetic condition that significantly affects its quality of life, the Buyer may choose either a replacement puppy of equal value or a full refund (including transport costs) after returning the puppy.
2. Transportation & Delivery
a. Shipping:
If the puppy is shipped, all travel costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Ayla Great D Home will only use trusted, licensed pet transport services. Full tracking and travel updates will be shared with the Buyer.
b. Local Pickup:
If the Buyer opts to pick up the puppy in person, a non-refundable deposit of $500 must be paid when signing this agreement. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.
3. Payment Terms
The full adoption fee must be paid prior to the release of the puppy—whether by shipping or local pickup. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total adoption cost.
4. Buyer’s Responsibilities
The Buyer agrees to provide proper lifelong care for the puppy, including:
Fresh food and water
Safe and secure shelter
Routine veterinary care
Proper socialization and training
The Buyer must also comply with all state and local laws concerning dog ownership.
5. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the complete agreement between Ayla Great D Home and the Buyer. Any amendments or changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
