Each of our puppies leaves our care in excellent condition—free from infections and thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian before joining their new family. As passionate and responsible breeders, our mission is to provide happy, healthy, and well-socialized Great Danes who will become cherished members of your home.
While we take every measure to ensure your puppy’s good health, we recognize that long-term wellness also depends on their new environment—specifically their diet, exercise, and daily care.
In the unlikely event that your Great Dane puppy passes away within one (1) year of purchase, or is diagnosed during that same period with a serious genetic or congenital condition that significantly affects its quality of life, Ayla Great D Home will offer a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional charge. To qualify, the diagnosis or cause of death must be confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian, and a copy of the medical report must be emailed to us for verification.
Our top priority is ensuring your family receives a healthy and joyful companion. To uphold your puppy’s health guarantee, we kindly ask that you:
Arrange for your puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of arrival.
Provide us with a copy of the initial veterinary report within ten (10) business days of receiving your puppy.
Exceptions to This Guarantee
Failure to obtain and maintain regular veterinary checkups, vaccinations, or proper care will void this health guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover conditions related to spaying or neutering, such as undescended testicles (cryptorchidism) in males.
Veterinary Health Check
Every Great Dane puppy from Ayla Great D Home is given a complete health examination by our licensed veterinarian before leaving our facility. A Veterinary Health Certificate is provided on the date of shipment to confirm your puppy’s excellent health at the time of travel.
If any medical issues are discovered before delivery, the puppy will not be shipped. In that case, you may choose another available puppy or cancel the purchase for a full refund.
